I've worked 2 years for Men’s Health Magazines UK, a leading wellness publication, offers exclusive memberships that provide readers with premium content, expert-led fitness plans, and curated product offers. While the brand had strong authority and traffic, the digital membership funnel wasn’t converting at its full potential — especially on key landing pages where most users dropped off before subscribing.

The core problem? Trust and clarity. Terms were buried, benefits were vague, and mobile users in particular faced sluggish pages that didn’t load cleanly. Instead of being guided through a premium health journey, visitors were left to piece together value on their own.

Another insight: Campaigns were not synced with the actual subscription flow. Messaging that brought users in didn’t match the experience that followed — a surefire way to lose high-quality traffic. And because funnel tracking was fragmented, it was difficult to pinpoint exactly where users struggled.
